Jessica Stage grew up with a wild imagination and a sincere desire to create. After obtaining her degree in Communication/Journalism she decided to expand upon her creative palette at Parsons The New School for Design.
Weekends were spent studying fashion, viewing art, and gathering inspiration from the city sidewalks. While touring the streets of Manhattan she was fascinated with the florals she saw in hotels, restaurants and shop windows. Declaring to a fellow classmate one day "I'll one day be a florist!" the idea of it felt right.
After years of fashion retail management she decided it was time to take a leap of creative faith. Jessica enrolled in a certified program at the New York Botanical Garden where she studied floral design and since began the adventure to where she finds herself today.
Melding varying materials and design styles, inspiration is pulled from bright colors, mid century modern design, the Catskill region, urban landscapes, cooking, and fashion forward trends and past classics.
Jessica loves collecting vessels, textiles and props specific to her clients needs. Her style incorporates handmade detail and exploring different shapes and textures. She brings her clients along with her on a creative adventure educating them on flower types and design aesthetics to fit their personal taste.
