PAYMENT TERMS & POLICY
Certain projects require propsals be signed and terms agreed upon. In such cases, a deposit of 50% is due at time of sign off. This is completed 60 days before your wedding or event. The remaining balance will be due 30 days prior. This time frame of payment allows for me to gather and source the florals and other materials necessary to make your dream wedding/event come true.
*Cancellation fees will be outlined in the terms of agreement section of your proposal.
We can discuss your event/wedding by telephone, video chat, or in person (if you’re in the Manhattan area).
I’ll ask for you to create a mood board with pictures of flower types, colors, your dress/fabrics, and design aesthetics. Check out pinterest.com for an easy way to collaborate ideas.
After our discussion, and viewing your mood board, I’ll create a board for you to reverberate what I heard your vision was. This process helps us to make sure we’re on the same wavelength!
Once you like what you’re see, I’ll write up the first draft of your wedding/event proposal. This will include a description of mood, aesthetic and line pricing of each item you’ve asked for in our consultation. We’ll discuss, we’ll revise and then we’ll get to a finished proposal.
